We make rigid perfume boxes on our own floor on I.I. Chundrigar Road. Board is cut and scored in-house, wrapped in paper or leatherette, then fitted with a die-cut cradle sized to the bottle so it does not shift in transit. Foiling, embossing and lamination happen in the same building.

Minimum order quantity
Rigid perfume boxes start at 300 pieces for a plain wrap. Printed wraps and custom inserts are usually economical from 500. Below that we can still make a short run, but the die and setup cost is spread across fewer boxes, so the unit price rises.
Lead time
Ten to fourteen working days for a standard rigid box once artwork and a sample are approved. Foil dies add two or three days. Large repeat orders on an existing die move faster.
Custom sizes and finishes
Every box is cut to your bottle, not to a stock size. Send the bottle or its dimensions and we will make a blank sample first. Foil colour, board texture and lining are all chosen per order.
