We build rigid boxes from greyboard rather than folding carton, so the walls stay square and the lid closes with weight behind it. Wraps, linings and inserts are cut to the product, and foil stamping happens in the same building on I.I. Chundrigar Road.

Practical answers

Minimum order quantity

Two hundred pieces for a plain rigid box, 500 for printed wraps. Below 200 we will still quote, but setup is a larger share of the unit price.

Lead time

Ten to fourteen working days after artwork approval. Add two or three days for a new foil die, and a few more for fabric wraps that have to be cut and turned by hand.

Custom sizes and finishes

Nothing here is a stock size. Tell us what goes in the box, or send one, and we will cut a blank sample before committing the run.
